The SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards 2023 (EA2023), organised by SEAA, recognises the effort, success and stellar performances of individual salespersons

The award ceremony will be held at Marina Bay Sands, Level 3, Cassia Ballroom, on 18 August 2023, Friday.

Award Categories

This award recognizes the effort of individual salespersons for their stellar performance in achieving
high standards in terms of sales and rental transactions.

Eligibility Criteria : Earns at least $100,000 from 1 Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2022*, with minimum of 5 transactions in the year

Award tiers to be accorded based on:
Diamond ($1,000,000 and above)
Platinum ($400,001 to $999,999)
Gold ($200,000 to $400,000)
Silver ($100,000 to $199,999)

This award recognizes the successful and outstanding performance of high achieving youths, their commitment, drive and passion in the industry.

Eligibility: 28 years old or below as of 31 Dec 2022, earns at least $120,000 in 2022 from 1 Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2022*, with minimum of 5 transactions.

This award recognizes seniors who have remained active in the industry and demonstrated outstanding performance in sales and rental transaction. They have proven that age is just a number.

Eligibility: 60 years old and above as of 31 Dec 2022, earns at least $100,000 from 1 Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2022*, with minimum of 5 transactions.

This award recognizes new entrants who have demonstrated exemplary performance in sales and rental transactions, driven and passionate despite the short stint in the real estate industry.

Eligibility: Joined the industry since 1 July 2021, earns at least $80,000 for 18 months from 1 July 2021 to 31 Dec 2022*, with minimum of 5 transactions.
